To ensure your documents are approved and to prevent delays in verification, follow these best practices when submitting documents for KYC verification.

  • Make sure the ID you provide an image of is not worn or damaged.

  • Make sure all information on the ID is readable.

  • Make sure the image quality is good and all letters are legible.

    • Good lighting

    • Not blurry

    • No glares

    • No obstructions

  • Make sure the entire ID is visible and no edges are out of frame. Do not provide an ID with digital overlays, watermarks, or camera timestamps. Provide a new, straight-on photo that includes all information on your ID without any digital alterations.

  • Provide a valid, non-expired identity document. U.S. Financial regulations require us to retain a current/valid ID for all accounts.

  • We need to review both sides (front and back). Please submit a photo of the front and a photograph of the back of your ID using this secure link: https://coinlist.co/verify. You need to be logged in to your account for the link to work.

  • If you are experiencing technical difficulties, we recommend you access the website from Google Chrome.

U.S. financial regulations require us to retain these documents for all accounts.

4. Once you provide the required information, the last step is to set up MFA for your account. You will be notified once you are KYC verified and your wallet is ready to use!
